Phase 1



A pre-course survey and business health check of the hotels will be conducted two weeks before the course. The training materials are customized based on the survey and the hotel's statistical reports to ensure relevancy to the participants.



Phase 2



Three (3) Full Days (face to face and blended learning) in an accelerated modular workshop format designed in view of hoteliers' work schedule to allow the trainees to focus on class.



Phase 3



"1 on 1" coaching program within two weeks (for private course) to give the individual the space they need to express what's holding them back after applying what they have learned thus allowing the participants to share their challenges and successes.



Phase 4



A post-course survey and business performance review will then be conducted within 3 months to measure the actual progress.
